Are you dreaming of fresh lefse for Thanksgiving or Christmas? Lefse will be made on Friday, November 20 and Saturday, November 21. We are looking for monetary donations to help in purchasing flour, cream and butter. We are also looking to borrow griddles, rolling pins and boards. Workers are also needed to help roll, fry and package the lefse. If you can help in any of these areas, sign-up sheets are at the Welcome Center or please contact – Carol Ydstie (432- 5566); Gene & Betty Torness (432-5845); Kathy Mathiason (432-4967) or Heidi Mischel (432-6946).
LEFSE FOR SALE:
1 package is 4 sheets for $5.00. PLEASE PRE-ORDER at the Welcome Center. We are only making lefse for what is ordered. It will be ready to pick up on Saturday, November 21. Please wait until Saturday to pick up to allow for proper cooling of the lefse. Money raised is going to the Music Budget. |
