Vacation Bible School Program 2015

American Lutheran Church was the host church for VBS 2015, in conjunction with area churches of Central United Methodist, Assembly of God, and Living Word, to approximately 140 area youth with the theme of “No Matter What”. It was a great week together celebrating in the journey to experience stories of the faithful, doing crafts, enjoying fellowship with one another, games, singing songs of praise, and exhibiting the real love of Jesus. Camp Ne-So-Dak counselors entertained & lead the elementary from 9-3pm each day. Many volunteers helped with the preschool portion that was held from 9-noon. A free-will offering was taken during the week with proceeds going to ICAP & the Backpack Program. We are ever so grateful for not only the attendees, but for all the volunteers who took the time to help out during the week, provided cookies for the youth during snack, and all those who supplied food for the meals that were served respectively on Sunday and Wednesday evening.
